Our Philosophy
At Kona Speciality Camps we strive to ensure that each child feels safe, accepted and in a place where they can learn, grow and have fun. At Kona Speciality Camps we focus on making sure our staff are trained and passionate about supporting children to develop skills to take with them beyond their time at camp.
Kona staff believe that each child is special and that each child has the ability to participate and engage with the children and world around them.
At Kona Speciality Camps we don't just believe in supporting our children but we also support families as well, in the form of information sessions, workshops, groups and Zoom presentations.

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor and a Registered Counselling Therapist and have been working as a therapist for the past 8 years, beyond that I was a practicing counsellor for an additional 7. I am passionate about supporting children to be in an environment where they feel safe, healthy, happy and included.
I specialize in working with children, youth, adults with a variety of challenges, those include mental health, addiction and trauma.
